These terms govern your use of airwavesjewelry.com and any purchase you make here. Placing an order means you accept them.
Every piece uses D-color, GRA-certified moissanite set in S925 sterling silver, and its certificate ships with it. Product pages state each piece’s metal and finish. Photographs are of the actual product type; minor variation between stones is inherent to jewelry.
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Shopify at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.
Shipping terms are on the shipping page; US orders over $70 ship free ($8 flat under that), international is calculated at checkout, and most orders deliver within 7 to 15 business days. Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery under the conditions on the returns page.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit.
