You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. Full refund to your original payment method, no restocking fee.

Items must come back unworn, in original condition, with the GRA certificate and packaging that shipped with them. Pieces showing wear or damage from use cannot be refunded.

Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you are returning. We reply with the return address and instructions within two business days. Once the item arrives and passes inspection, the refund is issued within 5 business days.

For a different size or plating, the fastest route is a return for refund and a fresh order. Email us first and we will coordinate.
