Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and most deliver within 7 to 15 business days. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves the facility. Exact timing varies by destination and carrier.

If a package stalls in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant. We will reship or refund.
